Provide strategic support and capacity building to help partners make informed decisions on preferred investment types— prepayments, debt, equity, mezzanine debt (convertible debt, royalties)– including a clear understanding of the trade-offs of each option.

Develop inclusive strategies for stakeholder engagement and equitable financing mechanisms to strengthen community support and ensure long-term project success. For governments, this includes support for legal and regulatory frameworks on carbon rights and ownership, social and environmental safeguards and transparency and accountability in decision-making.

Identify and engage the right investors — including nature-climate funds, institutional investors, commodity traders, and corporations — carefully matching each project to investor types best aligned with its specific conditions and goals. Develop compelling pitch materials, prepare project teams for investor interactions.

Create special purpose vehicles (SPVs) with the right governance and ownership structures to ring-fence risk and align stakeholder interests. Additionally, we provide ongoing investor relationship management support if needed, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships.
